New Oak Community Centre is "no longer able to facilitate" bouncy castles at events due to rising insurance costs.
In a post on Facebook, they said that the board had to make a decision on permitting the use of bouncy castle in the centre.
They said that as with many other centres and play halls, insurance for the use of bouncy castles is rising each year.
"At present, companies that hire [bouncy castles] are even closing due to the rise of insurance or no availability of insurance.
"Therefore it is with regret that we will no longer be able to facilitate events which wish to hire castles. We do this with a heavy heart as kids love them at their parties," they added.
