UPDATE: Council says car park in rural Carlow 'currently on hold due to legal issues'

Carlow County Council have said that a car park in rural Carlow has been delayed. 

The facility at Ballyellen is "currently on hold due to legal issues", according to the local authority. 

Members of Bagenalstown Municipal District were given an update on the car park at the December meeting in 2019.
