The Jet Stream is forecast to power up and head over us next weekend, says Carlow forecaster, Alan O'Reilly.
According to www.carlowweather.com, that is "never a good sign".
He added: "The Atlantic door looks to open next weekend with risk of wet and windy weather increasing."
