"Very disappointing," is how Cllr Will Paton described an incident which left a lifebuoy and swing damaged in Tullow Town Park.
Cllr Paton added: "Why can't people leave the swings alone and more importantly why would anyone want to interfere with a lifebuoy which can be used to safe a life!"
