Thefts from a shed and a house in Carlow over the weekend, in which a number of valuable items were stolen, are being investigated by gardaí in Carlow.
The first incident being investigated is a break in at shed in Kellstown West.
The burglary occurred between 6am on Friday and 5pm on Saturday. Two adult bicycles, a pink child's bicycle and a circular
electric power saw were taken.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information or anyone who might be offered any of these items for sale to contact Carlow Garda Station.
Gardaí are also appealing for information in relation to a break in at a house on Church Lane, Staplestown on Sunday. A Toshiba laptop and a sum of cash were taken from the house between 5.30am and 8pm.
The front door of the house was forced open to gain access. Anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area is asked
to contact Gardaí in Carlow.
