Just a few days out from Punchestown, Carlow based trainer Willie Mullins becomes the first Irish trainer to win the British Championship in 70 years.
The British Championship comes after an incredible season from the Irish man. Including nine wins at Cheltenham, highlights of those 9 wins were State Man at the Champion Hurdle and Galopin Des Champs in the Gold Cup.
He took home the incredible title after El Fabiolo's run to second behind Jonbon at the 3.00 at Sandown on the 27th of April.
A great honor for the legendary Irish trainer as he leads up to big a week at Punchestown.
