Gardaí are seeking witnesses to the theft of tools from a van in a Carlow housing estate.
Carlow Gardaí are investigating the theft of carpentry tools from a vehicle in the Chaplestown Gate Estate on Tullow Road on Monday night last (April 29) between 9.25pm and 10pm.
According to gardaí, the lock on the rear door of the van was interfered with and CCTV in the area picked up a silver coloured car coming and going from the property at the relevant time.
Gardaí are currently awaiting a full inventory of the tools stolen.
Carlow Gardai are anxious to hear from any witnesses, or from anyone who may have CCTV, doorbell cam or dashcam footage.
