Met Éireann is warning of unsettled conditions which may include surface flooding, high tides, debris and misplaced trees and difficult travelling conditions.
This follows on from Storm Gerrit earlier in the week, which caused some disruption around the country. The latest warning is valid from 2am Saturday, December 30 to 11pm that night.
