Three men have been arrested following the discovery of an estimated €3 million in drugs including cocaine and cannabis jellies.
Shortly after 5pm on Friday (February 23), Gardaí intercepted two vehicles in the Blanchardstown area of Dublin 15 as part of an ongoing intelligence led investigation into organised crime.
A co-ordinated search of a residence in the same area also took place around this time.
The operational activity by officers attached to the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau led to the seizure of drugs including quantities of suspected cannabis, MDMA, cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis jellies.
The arrested men are detained under Section 2 of Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 and can be held for up to seven days.
