Gardaí in Dublin last Sunday night have stopped a driver going 116kp/h in a 60kp/h zone undertaking cars in the bus lane along the Navan road.
To make matters even worse the driver was an unaccompanied, uninsured learner permit holder and also failed the roadside drug test, testing positive for cannabis.
The post shared by the Gardaí on the Garda Traffic Twitter account read as follows:
"On Sunday night, Gardaí picked up the young driver of this car travelling 116kp/h in a 60kp/h zone, undertaking cars in the bus lane along the Navan Road, Dublin 15.
