A driver arrested after a passenger died in a single-vehicle crash in Cork on Saturday has been released without charge, Gardai said.
The crash happened shortly after 1.30am on Saturday in Ballynamona, Kinsale.
One of the passengers in the car, a man in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the car, a man in his 30s, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of offences under the Road Traffic Act.
Gardai said a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The road at Ballynamona has fully reopened to traffic following a technical examination by forensic collision investigators.
Gardai have appealed for witnesses, particularly any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the Ballynamona area between 1.15am and 1.45am.
