ALERT: Gardai in urgent appeal to locate girl, 15, as concerns grow for her well-being

Mary Ward was last seen on Drogheda, County Louth on Wednesday afternoon

Gardaí have issued an urgent appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of a 15-year-old girl who has been missing from her home in County Louth for several days.

They say Mary Ward, from Dunleer was last seen at approximately 3pm on Wednesday in the Drogheda area.

She is described as being approximately 5’ 7” in height with a slim build and long brown hair.

According to gardai, when last seen, Mary was wearing a navy Zavetti coat with a brown trim on the hood.

In an public appeal, issued this Friday night, they say both they and Mary’s family are concerned for her well-being.

Anyone with information on the teenager's whereabouts is asked to contact Drogheda garda station on 041 987 4200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
