Concerns growing over missing 17-year-old as Gardaí issue appeal

When last seen Aisling was wearing a black jacket, black leggings, white runners and a grey beanie hat

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 17-year-old Aisling Byrne who was reported missing in Sligo town since Saturday night, April 5, 2025.

Aisling is described as being approximately 5 feet 3 inches in height with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo on her left arm.

When last seen Aisling was wearing a black jacket, black leggings, white runners and a grey beanie hat.

Gardaí are concerned for Aisling's wellbeing.

Anyone with any information on Aisling’s whereabouts is asked to contact Sligo Garda Station on 071 915 7000, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
