Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a driver fled the scene of a three-car collision in County Limerick in which a woman aged in her 30s lost her life.
The collision occurred on the N24 near Grange West, Boher, Co. Limerick on Friday, February 13 at approximately 11:10pm.
The sole occupant of a car, a female driver, aged in her 30’s, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The local Coroner has been notified and a post-mortem examination will be arranged.

The N24 between R505 and L1132 remains closed pending technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators, with local diversions in place.
The sole occupant of the second car, a male driver, aged in his 40s, was conveyed to University Hospital Limerick for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life threatening at this time.
Investigating Gardaí are seeking to identify the driver of the third car. That driver fled, leaving the vehicle they were driving at the scene.
Road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling on the N24 near Grange West, Boher, Co. Limerick between 10:45pm and 11:30pm on Friday 13th February 2026 are asked to make this footage available to investigating Gardaí.
