Elderly pedestrian pronounced dead at scene of road traffic collision

A pedestrian in her 70s has died at the scene of a road traffic collision. 

According to Gardaí, the incident occurred yesterday (Wednesday November 16) at 1.25pm in the Kilcarn Court area of Navan, Co Meath. 

No other injuries were reported.

Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to come forward.

Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the Kilcarn Court area between 1pm and 1:45pm are asked to make this footage available to Gardaí.
