Road Safety Authority (RSA) vehicle inspectors recently examined a new tractor with a homemade trailer at a roadside check in Kilkenny.

They found three tyres to be dangerously defective, the second safety coupling was missing and no brake lights working.
The trailer also had animals onboard.
