New health and fitness centre set to open in the Carlow area in the coming months
A new health and fitness retreat is set to open in Carlow, combining multiple services into one place.
Named 'The Highfield Health Retreat', the centre will be located in Ballickmoyler, less than a ten minute drive from Carlow Town.
Busy creating the content and facilities before they launch, the centre will offer a comprehensive health experience to the residents of Carlow and surrounding areas.
They will provide:
- Corporate team-building days
- Personal training with Anthony Casey, a Carlow local from Casey Conditioning (specific/tailored)
- Body-talk Herbalism sessions with Nicki the Herbalist (who competed on RTE’s irelands fittest family a few years ago)
- Living food seminars with qualified practitioner Dympna
- Forest trail walks, riverside meditation, private gym, spa with sauna/plunge pool/seaweed baths, and selling a range of healthy products such as herbs, supplements and cbd oils.
Speaking to Carlow Live, The Highfield Health Retreat said 'We are hoping to launch before the new year to serve the Carlow public and nation wide clients!'
