PICTURES: Hundreds take part in the Ali Byrne Memorial Bike Run in aid of Brandon Bolger

Hundreds took part in this year's Ali Byrne Memorial Run which was held for Carlow's Brandon Bolger.

Brandon was diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma  – a rare disease affecting bone or soft tissue – last year.

The Ali Byrne Memorial bike run was set up in 2010 to raise money for children in need of a little lift.
