A planning application has been lodged with Carlow County Council for the construction of nine houses in Carlow.
The applicant - Ballon Property Holdings U.C. - is looking to construct nine two-storey three-bedroom town houses and all associated site works at Mill Race, Paupish Lane.
A decision is due by Carlow County Council on April 21.
