Planning permission granted for the construction of a car wash in Bagenalstown

Conditional planning permission has been granted for the construction of a car wash base connected to existing services at Unit 6 Royal Oak Business Park, Royal Oak Road.
Other works as part of the development include: widening of existing vehicular entrance to serve the proposed car wash base; landscaping; boundary treatment; and all associated works to facilitate the development.
The applicant was Tom McGagh.
Carlow County Council have attached 15 conditions to their decision.
