Carlow home sold for just €100,000 at auction

A three-bedroom Carlow house has been sold for just €100,000 after just one bid was lodged during an online auction this afternoon.

The house, located on Main Street, Kildavin, was the sole Carlow home offered in the most recent BidX1 online auction.

The vacant possession spans over 1,000 sq. ft and, given its location on the county's border with Wexford, is situated just 5km from Bunclody.

The bungalow comes with three bedrooms, off street parking and a garden back and front.

The reserve price on the property was €100,000 and when it came up for auction at lunchtime on Wednesday, December 12, a sole bidder secured it with an offer of €100,000.
