The late Siobhan Byrne (née Gordon)

The death has occurred of Siobhan Byrne (née Gordon) of Church Road, Bagenalstown, Carlow.

Siobhan passed away peacefully, February 14th 2024, in St. Luke's Hospital Kilkenny surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of Denis and loving mother of Shane, William and Sinead, beloved grandmother of Cillian and Neasa, predeceased by her father Liam, she will be greatly missed by her mother Sarah, brothers Leo, John and Nicky, daughter-in-law Mary, nieces, nephews, relatives and extended family and friends.

May Siobhan Rest In Peace

Reposing in Somers Funeral Home, Bagenalstown (eircode R21 DY66) on Thursday afternoon from 2pm to 8pm, with Funeral Prayers at 7.pm.

Removal on Friday morning arriving at St. Andrew's Church, Bagenalstown for Funeral Mass at 11.am.

Burial afterwards in the Cemetery of the Assumption, Bagenalstown.

The late Gerard (Ger) Broughall

The death has occurred of Gerard (Ger) Broughall of Blackrock, Co. Louth and formerly of St. Anthony's, Green Lane, Rathnapish, Carlow.

Ger passed away peacefully in his 95th year in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Oliver Plunkett Nursing Home (St. Gerard's Unit), Dundalk, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Ina (née Quigley) and loving father of Niall, Conor, Aisling and Daragh,

Predeceased by his parents Andrew and Brigid, brother Paddy. He will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife, sons, daughter, son in-law Peter Farren, daughters in-law Antoinette and Fiona, his adored grandchildren Ciara, Róisín, Cillian, Craig, Garvan, Neil, Aaron, Shauna and Rebecca, great-grandchildren, sister in-law Therese Jackman, brother in-law Kevin Quigley, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis

Reposing at the residence of his daughter Aisling Farren, Willow Grove, Carrick Road, Dundalk on Thursday 15th February from 3pm to 8pm.

Removal on Friday morning at 10.40am driving to St. Joseph's Redemptorist Church (A91F3FC) arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Carlow at 3pm (approximately).

Family Flowers Only.
