Revealed: Carlow councillor calls for enforcement of hedge cutting by landowners

Cllr. Fergal Browne has called on Carlow County Council to clarify and enforce the responsibilities of landowners to

cut back hedging and trees to ensure the safety of all road users.

The matter is due to come before the full meeting of Carlow County Council on Monday 11th September.
