REVEALED: The official selling price of all 28 properties sold in Carlow last month
Apartments sold for over €1.3m
Figures obtained from the Property Services Regulatory Authority show that a total of 28 properties were officially sold in Carlow during July.
According to Mandy Greenan from the PRSA, the date of sale is the date input by the filer of the Stamp Duty Return as the date of the deed transferring ownership of the property.
The most expensive properties were 1-7 13-14 16-36, of Riverbank Apartments on Burrin Street which sold for just over €1.3m. Meanwhile apartments 8 9 10 11 12 and 15 sold for €460,000.
The cheapest property was 5 College Street, Carlow Town which sold for €60,000.
