Jonathan Sexton is officially Ireland's all-time record points scorer after surpassing Ronan O'Gara's 1,083 points tally.

Andy Farrell's men followed up their opening Rugby World Cup Pool B victory over Romania with a convincing 59-16 win over Tonga on Saturday night.
