Sent for trial on three counts of alleged sexual assault at Laois address

A man has been sent for trial to Portlaoise Circuit Court on three counts of alleged sexual assault at a Laois address.

Bail was granted on his own bond of €100 at Portlaoise district court on Thursday last.

One senior counsel and one junior counsel was assigned. Reporting restrictions were imposed. Legal aid was given to Barry Fitzgerald.
