Memorable moment for Irish international in Atletico Madrid's thrashing of Sevilla
Republic of Ireland's Matt Doherty made his Atletico Madrid debut on Saturday as Diego Simeone's side trounced Sevilla 6-1 in La Liga.
Doherty (31) entered the fray in the 78th minute to mark his first competitive appearance in the red and white of Atleti since his move to the Spanish capital on Transfer Deadline Day - making him the only Irishman to play for the club to date. Memphis Depay (X2), Antoine Griezmann, Yannick Carrasco and Álvaro Morata (X2) scored the goals for the victors.
On he comes!
