Planning application lodged with local authority for new 'glamping' site in Carlow

A planning application has been lodged for a new "glamping" site boasting eight pods in Carlow.

The development at Kilbrannish South, Bunclody, Carlow will include a glamping site boasting eight pods, an upgrade of an existing agricultural entrance to proposed entrance, an access road and signage at the entrance.

There will also be toilet facilities, kitchen and communal area, septic tank and percolation area along with all associated site works.

The applicants are Norman and Michelle Levingstone.

A decision is due by Carlow County Council on April 14.
