Tragic incident unfolds as man is pronounced dead at pub in Carlow Town

Gardaí and emergency services attended a medical emergency at a licensed premises in Carlow Town on Sunday 17th December 2023.

A male was pronounced deceased at the scene.

His body was removed to St Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny for post mortem.

Foul play is not suspected at this time.
