Unlicensed and uninsured driver detected at Carlow checkpoint and fails breath test

The detection was made over the weekend
Carlow Roads Policing Unit performing a checkpoint over the weekend stopped an unlicensed and uninsured driver.
The motorist also failed breath a test and was arrested while the car was seized.
