Carlow Weather: Temperatures to become noticeably cooler from next week

Sunday will bring a mix of bright or sunny spells and scattered showers, according to Met Éireann.

The showers will become increasingly confined to the west and northwest during the afternoon with most places becoming dry by evening. Cloud will gradually thicken from the south later.

Highest temperatures of 15 to 19 degrees in a light to moderate southwesterly wind.

Sunday night will be mostly dry with cloud continuing to build from the south. Outbreaks of rain and drizzle will develop in southern coastal areas later in the night.

Lowest temperatures of 8 to 12 degrees with light southerly or variable breezes.

Temperatures to become noticeably cooler on Monday.
