Cold and dry as temperatures drop as low as -3C overnight
Friday is set to have a cool but bright start to the morning and it's staying mostly dry too, according to Met Éireann.
The dry weather will continue through the afternoon with sunny spells developing.
A cool northerly breeze will mean temperatures will struggle with highs of 7 to 9 degrees.
Friday night will be very cold but a generally dry night is in store.
Mostly clear skies will allow temperatures to fall quickly with widespread frost expected.
The northerly breeze will fall light allowing for some mist and fog patches to form with lowest temperatures of -3 to 1 degrees.
