Carlow Weatherman Alan O'Reilly predicts possibility of a white Christmas for Carlow
Carlow Weatherman Alan O'Reilly is well-known for posting weather updates and forecasts for Ireland.
He was also recently crowned Carlow Ambassador of the Year at the 2023 Carlow Chamber Awards for his work.
Alan shared with his followers that there is a possibility of a white Christmas for County Carlow.
'The weather models are still showing cooler air pushing down around the 21st but huge uncertainty on the models for Christmas Day yet. Latest GFS charts put chances of snow in Carlow on the 25th at around 3% to 13%. There is also a risk of strong winds around the 21st.'
