Temperatures plummet as low as -3 degrees with frost and fog

Sunday will be cold and frosty with fog lingering inland but sunny otherwise, according to Met Éireann.

Highest temperatures 3 to 6 degrees lower where fog lingers.

Sunday night will also be cold, foggy and frosty.

Lowest temperatures of -3 to 0 degrees.

Current indications suggest high pressure will remain positioned close to Ireland bringing mostly dry and rather cold weather in the coming days.
