The Carlow weather forecast this morning is not making for great reading.
Reports from Alan O'Reily, @CarlowWeather says, "More rain moving in tomorrow evening and heavy too. The week ahead is milder and wetter than normal. Sadly the hope of a settled spell is long gone. A risk of some high rainfall totals in parts of Southwest on some models too, one to watch. Breezy at times too, especially Tuesday".
Additionally, coming from Met Éireann this morning "This morning and afternoon will be mostly cloudy with mist and patches of light rain or drizzle. There will be a few bright intervals. It will become wet this evening as more persistent rain arrives from the west. Highest temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees with light southerly or variable winds. Coastal flooding is possible due to unusually high tides."
From Met Éireann about this evenings weather, "Tonight will be cloudy with mist and widespread rain or drizzle at first, becoming lighter and more patchy overnight. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees with a mostly moderate southerly wind. Coastal flooding is possible due to unusually high tides."
Looking at the weather charts provided by Met Éireann for Carlow, rain is expected this evening from 7pm t 8am tomorrow morning.
