'Good Spells of Sunshine will follow' Carlow Daily Weather Forecast

Met Éireann and Carlow Weather have provided their daily weather forecast for County Carlow and surrounding areas.

Firstly looking to Met Éireann: "Mostly cloudy for a time with scattered outbreaks of rain and drizzle and some mist. A clearance to mostly dry weather with good spells of sunshine will follow from the northwest later in the morning or early afternoon. Cooler than recently with highest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees. It'll feel cooler than that as westerly winds veer northwesterly with the clearance of rain, and increase moderate to fresh and occasionally gusty."

This evening: "Tonight will bring long clear spells and it'll be dry apart from the chance of the odd isolated light shower. A cold night for early Summer with lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees with the winds easing mostly light to moderate westerly or variable."

An early look to tomorrow's weather: "Wednesday, will be a cool, bright day with plenty of sunshine. There'll be a lot of dry weather, but there'll be some scattered showers too, especially further north. Highest temperatures of just 13 to 15 degrees, in light to moderate westerly winds."

Carlow Weather on X: "That cooler air will move down from the North tomorrow evening and stay around for a few days but rainfall amounts generally low for most areas up to Sunday. Temperatures will also slowly start to pick back up again from the weekend."
