Highest temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees
Carlow Weather and Met Éireann provide their weather forecast for the say for County Carlow and surrounding areas.
Looking first to Met Éireann: "Rather cool but dry with sunny spells at first today, Wednesday. Cloud amounts will tend to increase this afternoon with a few light showers developing. Highest temperatures of just 13 to 15 degrees, in light to moderate westerly winds."
This evening: "Dry tonight with long clear spells. Another fairly cool night given the time of year with lows of 4 to 7 degrees in light to moderate westerly breezes."
And their early look at their prediction for tomorrow: "Thursday will be another dry and bright start with sunny spells. A few light showers will develop through the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 14 or 16 degrees in light to moderate westerly breezes."
Carlow Weather's updates on X: "Rainfall amounts over next 5-7 days generally low but not totally dry and some bigger amounts in Northern areas. Cooler temps only slowly starting to rise but could be much higher by next week although uncertainty that far out on models."
"A low of 2.7c overnight at my station with a cool fresh morning but some nice early sunshine in the East. However some showers in the West and North. Don’t forget the jumper this morning."
