Highest temperatures of 18 to 20 degrees
Met Éireann have provided their daily weather forecast for County Carlow and surrounding areas for the day and there's a little bit of everything on today's forecast.
Firstly looking to Met Éireann for today: "Cloudy this morning with scattered showers. Brightening up this afternoon with sunny spells developing as showers become more isolated. Cloud will thicken again later this evening. Highest temperatures of 18 to 20 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds."

This evening: "Cloud will continue to build tonight with patchy light rain and drizzle gradually spreading from the south overnight. Lowest temperatures of 12 to 14 degrees in light southerly winds."
Tomorrow: "Tomorrow will be dull and damp with patchy outbreaks of rain and drizzle. The rain will slowly ease in the afternoon with longer dry spells developing. Highest temperatures of 19 to 21 degrees with light southerly winds increasing moderate southwest in the afternoon."
Thursday night: "Rain and drizzle will clear eastwards early in the night, followed by clear spells and isolated showers. There is the chance of light rain or drizzle along southern coasts. Lowest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees in moderate westerly winds."
