Highest temperatures of 16 to 18 degrees
Carlow Weather and Met Éireann have provided their weather for County Carlow and surrounding areas for the day, with a promising looking evening ahead of us!
Firstly looking to Carlow Weather on X: "A cloudy start wit scattered showers this morning and only odd bright spell but showers dying out later and nice sunny spells this evening."
Then looking to Met Éireann's forecast:
"A good deal of cloud about today but with sunny intervals at times. There will be a few passing showers of rain or drizzle but plenty of dry weather overall. More in the way of sunshine is expected towards evening. Highest temperatures of 16 to 18 degrees in moderate northwest winds."
Tonight: "It looks set to be mostly dry tonight with long clear spells. Minimum temperatures of 7 to 10 degrees in light to moderate westerly breezes."
Tomorrow: "Wednesday will bring a mix of sunny spells and showers, some of the showers may be heavy and prolonged. Maximum temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees in moderate to fresh northwest winds."
Tomorrow evening: "Showers will clear away to the south on Wednesday night with much of the country becoming dry. Lowest temperatures of 6 to 9 degrees in light to moderate northeast winds."
