Highest temperatures of 16 to 18 degrees
Met Éireann have provided their daily weather forecast for County Carlow and surrounding areas for the day.
Firstly looking at Met Éireann's forecast for today:
"Mostly dry today with some sunny spells. A few light showers are possible. There is a chance some rain may push into the southeast by evening. Highest temperatures of 16 to 18 degrees with mostly moderate northeast winds, strong at times near coasts."

Tonight:
"Mostly dry overnight with long clear spells. Mild and humid with lows of 13 to 15 degrees in moderate to fresh northeasterly winds."
Tomorrow:
"Warm and humid with spells of sunshine developing from morning. Highs of 20 to 22 degrees in moderate northeasterly winds."
Tomorrow night:
"Mild overnight, with the chance of thunderstorms across southern and eastern areas. Some fog in places too. Lowest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees, in light northeast winds."
An early look to Saturday:
"Sunny spells developing after early low cloud, mist and fog clears through the morning and afternoon. Some showery rain may occur in parts of Leinster and Munster with the chance of thunderstorms, but overall there will be a good deal of dry weather. Highest temperatures of 19 to 24 degrees with light northeasterly winds."
