'Dry day with long spells of sunshine' Another cracking day in store in Carlow

Highest temperatures of 17 to 23 degrees

Met Éireann have provided their daily weather forecast for County Carlow and surrounding areas for the day and more sunshine is on the menu!

Looking firstly at today's weather forecast for Carlow provided by Met Éireann: "Mist and fog will clear later this morning. It will be a dry day with long spells of sunshine, turning hazy at times later. Highest temperatures of 17 to 23 degrees, coolest near the east coast due to a light to moderate easterly breeze."

Tonight: "Tonight will be dry with mostly clear skies. Winds will be light and variable and areas of mist and fog will form overnight. Lowest temperatures of 8 to 13 degrees."

Tomorrow: "Mist and fog will clear tomorrow morning and it will be another dry day with long spells of sunshine. It may turn cloudier at times near the east coast, bringing the chance of a light shower. Highest temperatures of 17 to 22 degrees, coolest near the east coast due to a light to moderate easterly breeze."

Early look to Saturday: "Heavy showers or longer spells of rain in the east and south on Saturday evening and on Sunday, but otherwise a good amount of dry weather. Maximum temperatures decreasing day by day."
