Highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees
Met Éireann have provided their daily weather forecast for County Carlow and surrounding areas.
With Carlow under a yellow warning for widespread fog and mist, thickening and becoming dense in places.
Firstly looking at Met Éireann for today:
"Overnight mist and fog will gradually clear most areas on Tuesday. Dry overall with some sunny spells but staying cloudier further west, with fog lingering across parts of the midlands. Cool with highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in a light variable breeze, coolest inland where that fog will be more stubborn to clear."
Tonight:
"Tonight will be calm with some mist and fog. Dry, apart from the odd spot of drizzle. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 5 degrees with a touch of frost under clearer skies."
Tomorrow:
"Wednesday will see any overnight mist and fog clearing with mostly cloudy skies for the day. While there will be a good deal of dry weather, it will be damp in places with patches of mist and drizzle. Highest temperatures 10 to 12 degrees in light variable mainly northwest breezes."
Tomorrow Night:
"Cloudy with patches of mist and drizzle. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 10 degrees in light northerly winds."
