'A good day ahead' Carlow daily weather forecast with more good weather

Carlow Weather and Met Éireann have provided their weather forecast for the day for County Carlow and surrounding areas.

Firstly looking to Met Éireann's prediction for today's weather: "Sunny spells early on this morning but becoming cloudier from the west with a few patches of light rain and drizzle developing during the afternoon though many areas will stay fully dry with the best of the sunny spells in the east. Humid, with highest temperatures of 18 to 22 degrees in mostly light to moderate southerly winds."

This evening: "Mild, humid and cloudy tonight with further outbreaks of rain. Temperatures not falling below 13 to 15 degrees in mostly light to moderate southerly breezes allowing patchy mist and hill fog to develop."

Tomorrow's weather: "A dull, damp and misty start to the day with outbreaks of rain, becoming patchier later in the day. Highest temperatures of 16 to 20 degrees with light to moderate southerly or variable breezes."

Looking then to Carlow Weather on X: "A lovely morning in the East with early sunshine. A good day ahead for many but cloud and rain will push into the West by late afternoon and evening. Over 10mm possible near parts of West coast in next 24 hours, driest in East."
