Carlow Weather: Conditions to stay generally dry as the weekend approaches

It will stay generally dry today, Friday, with sunny spells and just a few well scattered showers, according to Met Éireann.

Highest temperatures of 16 to 18 degrees in a light to moderate west to southwest wind.

Friday night will also be mostly dry, with cloud thickening overnight. Wet and breezy conditions will start to spread from the southwest towards morning.

Lows of around 8 or 9 degrees in light winds.
