Weather is set to becoming colder for the end of February and start of March with showers and spells of rain turning wintry at times.
Today
Cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading southeastwards across the country. The rain will clear away early this afternoon, followed by sunny spells and the odd isolated shower.
Highest temperatures of 8 to 12 degrees in moderate to fresh southwest winds, easing northwesterly later this evening.
Tonight
Tonight will start off dry and clear in light winds. Some frost is possible with lowest temperatures of 0 to 4 degrees. It will turn milder and cloudier overnight with outbreaks of rain and patchy mist spreading eastwards across the country and southerly winds increasing moderate to fresh.
