Weekend will be 'wet and windy' but weather looks settled for most of next week in Carlow

A wet and windy start on Friday but it will improve to showers with winds easing, staying cool though, according to www.carlowweather.com. 

Saturday will be cool and not too windy, starting off dry but rain spreading from the south tomorrow afternoon.

Sunday will be wet, windy and cool but the risk of a storm has decreased on latest weather models, Alan O'Reilly of Carlow Weather has said. 

The good news is that the "weather looks settled for most of next week".
