Young Carlow kids try their hand at cricket at the National Ploughing Championships

Plenty of kids from Carlow turned up at the Certa stand at the Ploughing Championship where they got an insight into cricket from the stars of the Ireland Women’s cricket team.

The Carlow locals were given an opportunity to try their hand at the sport and to learn more about it.
