Located just off the N80, around 10km from Carlow town, 6km to the M9 intersection, this elevated site affords spectacular views over the rich farming hinterland and right across to the Wicklow Mountains.

The original Planning Permission granted - reference 08/182 Carlow County Council was subsequently revised, (reference 09/39) and subsequent Grant of Extension reference 14/130.
