RIP: Tributes paid to Carlow native who was 'always a pleasure to chat with'

Tributes have been paid following the passing of Helen David (née Bolger) of TRoyal Oak, Bagenalstown, Carlow and formerly of Los Angeles, California
Helen passed away peacefully on 25th March 2025, after a long illness, under the exceptional and loving care of the staff of St. Gabriel's Ward, Kilkenny and the Carlow/Kilkenny Home Care Team.
Predeceased by her husband Larry, her parents John and Julia, her sister Mary, brother Pat and brother-in-law Sean. Helen will be sadly missed by her brothers Peter and John, sisters-in-law Margaret, Helen and Suzanne, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
Reposing at Cushen’s Funeral Home, Kilcarrig Street, Bagenalstown (R21 V127) on Thursday, 27th March, from 2 pm until 8 pm, with prayers at 6 pm. Removal from Cushen’s Funeral Home on Friday, 28th March, to arrive at Newlands Cross Crematorium for a celebration of Helen's life at 12 noon.
