Carlow's Local Enterprise Office has said it's "fantastic" to see the restoration of the St Mullins monastic site after it received funding under the Town and Village Renewal Scheme.
The work is being carried out after an allocation of over €80,000 in the 2017 tranche of funding for the heritage centre and enhancement works.
